Please contact the IPDBA Breed Charter for your breed to see if any special requirements are necessary, but generally, in order to register a Dog/Puppy with IPDBA, you will need to complete this form, and send with a copy of Registration paper and a copy of five generation pedigree complete with their reg. # of each dog, a color picture of the Dog/Puppy's right side, and copies of certification of any titles obtained in other recognized registries to the office below. Transfer Fee is $25.00 USD
