Requirements, in order to register a Setter with IPDBA, you will need to complete this form, and send with a copy of Registration paper and a copy of five generation pedigree complete with their reg. # of each dog, Three color pictures of the Dog/Puppy's front and both sides, copy of Microchip certificate, Tattoo number of three or more digits and copies of certification of any titles obtained in other recognized registries to the office below. Transfer Fee is $15.00 USD
